REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of South Pittsburg, Tennessee is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced proponents for management, operation, and promotion of the City’s Princess Theatre located at 215 South Cedar Avenue, South Pittsburg, Tennessee 37380 (the “Project”). Management and operation of the Theatre shall include but not be limited to offering, managing, promoting, and advertising various events, productions, acts, shows, and services to the public from such venue. All proposals must be submitted to South Pittsburg City Recorder Heather Pickett in a sealed envelope at South Pittsburg City Hall, 204 West Third Street, South Pittsburg, Tennessee 37380, no later than Friday, October 11, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. Central time. Proposals will be opened on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Central time in the City Hall. Please include on the outside of all submission envelopes the proponent’s name, address, telephone number, and email address. The City may use any or all proposals received for the purpose of determining funding requirements for the Project, if any. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. In the event that a proposal is accepted by the City’s Board of Mayor and Commissioners, the successful proponent must be willing and able to enter into a Management Contract with the City in form and content acceptable to the Board.
