Welcome to the South Pittsburg Parks and Recreation Department. We provide safe, fun, affordable facilities, and diverse programs that promote wellness and economic growth to a thriving community. Our city offers many activities for both children and adults in the South Pittsburg Community. For children, we offer basketball, softball, baseball and football. We also offer jogging, walking and playground areas. For adults we offer walking down beautiful tree lined streets, and beautiful pavilions for reservations.

The South Pittsburg Parks and Recreation Department is host to three major parks, Loyd Park, Moore Park, and River Park along the Tennessee River. These parks contain ballfields, tennis courts, picnic pavilions, a boat ramp, a boat dock, basketball courts, and of course playgrounds.
