Arts in the Burg
Arts in the Burg provides working studio space, open to the public, that nurtures artists, promotes creative placemaking, as well as programming and entertainment to develop a unique travel destination in South Pittsburg, TN.

South Pittsburg Heritage Museum
Located at 316 Cedar Avenue just midway down the street from the Moore clock, the South Pittsburg Heritage Museum is open to visitors Friday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon or by appointment. Free. The artifacts tell the story of a1870s planned community. Learn about past businesses in South Pittsburg – the Coca-Cola Bottling Works, the cement industry in Richard City, and the stove industry. Local school memorabilia include McReynolds and Richard Hardy Memorial School. South Pittsburg area photographs and vintage clothing date from the late 1800s.
